Is Bind safe if I am closeted in India?

Do I need a face photo on my public profile?
No. Your public gallery can be faceless, body-only, art, or empty. The founding member check uses a private verification face that matches never see. Changing public photos does not revoke your badge. Details: verification without outing you.
What if I have short hair, wear a wig, or my face changed on HRT?
That is welcome. We do not reject people for presentation. Retry in good light or wait for private review if a re-check scores low after a big look change. We never tell you that you do not look like a woman. See verification without outing you.
Do I need to upload a government ID?
No. ID is never required. If optional ID verification is offered, you can choose it - and you can request deletion any time.
Will my phone number or verification media be shown on my profile?
No. Your phone number is not shown. Verification media stays private and never appears on your profile. Attempt media is deleted after the check; a private verify face may be kept only for re-checks.
